Most students meet once or twice per week, depending on their goals and timeline.

During the summer, some students meet more frequently. During the school year, once per week is more typical.

No long-term commitment required.

For longer-term work or more consistent scheduling, I typically outline a plan so expectations are clear from the start.

In some cases, I offer a reduced rate for students who commit to a set number of sessions in advance
